"Give this little local a go, you won’t regret it. Our small group of four tried it for the first time last night. The food was great! We weren’t expecting a lot given the low prices and the number of previous attempts to get something going here but we were pleasantly surprised. We chose the authentic Indian options although there were plenty of dishes to choose from to suit differing tastes. More customers eating in would add to the atmosphere but the hosts made a real effort and deserve your support."

"I’m a foodie who has lived in India and learned to cook authentic Indian cuisine so I know my curries… I was prepared to be disappointed given how many restaurants have opened & closed at this venue but I’m always keen to support new local businesses. The food was top-class 9/10. I was so impressed I asked to speak to the head chef. His background & experience cooking Indian food in some of the finest hotels in India and Europe explains why this is a rare standout. It will be one our new regular Indian restaurant. I just hope other locals support it and they can thrive. Specifically tried and rated 9/10: - Kids butter chicken - Kids mango chicken (a great change) - Chicken hariyali - Fenugreek chicken - Goat curry (bone-in for extra flavour) - Lamb saag All dishes were perfectly cooked and seasoned - you could be sitting in a 5-star hotel in Mumbai eating this food but the prices are very reasonable. People of Gulf Harbour and Whangaparaoa - please support these guys they deserve to thrive. And if you want to have great-quality and good-value eating options nearby then you need to use it or lose it. "We had Butter Chicken here and Loaded Fries here for lunch while out looking for a family home to purchase in the area. Absolutely the best Butter Chicken we have EVER had, fresh, flavourful and amazing value. We were thoroughly impressed and pleased. We found a house in the area and are so pleased that this will now become our local! Highly recommended! 5 stars"
